gnome-session-b crashes by stack overflow in libpcre when using fish
I tried to log in to my machine today, but gnome-session-b crashes always on login.
I am using arch with up-to-date package as of writing of this issue. Specifically, I have gnome-session 3.34.1-1, pcre 8.43-2 and lib32-pcre 8.43-1 installed. The pcre package provides /usr/lib/libpcre.so.1, the lib32-pcre package provides /usr/lib32/libpcre.so.1.
Shortly after (in the same second) the core dump of gnome-shell-b, a core dump of fish appears. Switching the users shell to bash solves the problem temporarily.
