Don't activate dleyna-renderer-service on start up

Currently, Photos activates dleyna-renderer-service on start up, which leaves some ports open. While it's not necessary unless users wants to display photos in a Dleyna Media Renderer. Besides, this also causes dleyna-renderer-service activated when users use GNOME Shell search providers.
Fix that by activating dleyna-renderer-service only when users try to display photos in DMRs on the local area network.
