	* drawer.[ch], panel_config.[ch], gnome-panel-properties.c,
	  panel-util.[ch]:  More GnomePropertyBox code killing.  This makes
	  the drawer properties actually work.

	* menu-fentry.[ch], menu.c:  Fix adding drawers from menus with
	  merging on.  And other various cleanups.
