        * drawer.c,main.c: move applet_move code over and use
          size_allocate on drawer buttons

        * panel-widget.c: don't move_window for drwawers if we are
          already at the rigth location

        * swallow.c: fixes, might now actually work kind of,
          still got a badwindow, but it will work (eventually)
