        * panel-widget.[ch]: added frame to the panel widget struct,
          made drawer movement use window resize (this isn't completely
          finished)

(and you thought the panel bugs were gone, HA! ... don't despair there is
still some geometry weirdness going on and the drawer movement is still
crap)
