        * panel-widget.[ch]: make it possible to have _add which
          only binds the eents of the widget which is added and
          not it's children

        * menu.c: make menus buttons, and add code for sending
          the right events to the toplevel eventbox

        * panel.c: don't bind events recursively for menus
