WIP: style: add rgba gradient and margin to wnck-tasklist

I would like to suggest we add a gradient to the wnck-tasklist, without this the tasklist buttons keep their default grey background, even when the task list is configured to use a custom background.

We can probably tweak the exact values of the gradient a bit more, but I think switching to an RGBA gradient makes the tasklist look much better.
