Bump soname?

gnome-online-accounts 3.49.2 does not work with gnome-control-center 45.

It will also break the Online Accounts feature of budgie-control-center, cinnamon-control-center, and unity-control-center.

It would be helpful if these breaking changes could be reverted.

If that is not possible, I think the soname ought to be bumped.
