Notes in new windows weirdness

Description
Opening a note in a new window is currently a pretty weird experience. It feels like it has been designed around a post-it™ note metaphor - to open a new note, tear off the one on top and start working on it. This is great, but when translated to an app is counter-intuitive.
This is in part because the new window looses connection to the app. The back button disappears, so users can't go back to browse/search for other notes or create a new note from that window. In these cases, the user must hunt around for the "real" main window to perform this action.
Also, taking these actions while keeping an existing note open is really weird. Rather than creating a new note window and using the same common process to open/create the second note as was used for the first note - the user must open the first note in new window, put that aside, then return to the previously existing window and perform the action to open the second note there. This is pretty much the inverse of how every other multi-document GNOME app works, and hurts my brain every time I have to do it. ;)
Two possible solutions:
- Make all application windows work the same way and add a Open New Window action to the app menu.
- Make the "real" main window only for searching/browsing/creating notes and always tear off the actual note when displaying it in a new window.
