Add commandline option to immediately start (singleplayer) game

Hey, I installed the package on my TV media center and would be cool to have a option to directly start into single player game, without the intro, controls hint and playercount stuff.

This plus i.e. --fullscreen / --maximize from #44 would be very nice addition to the project, making it easy to play the game directly.
