Allow selection of speed at the same time as number of players

Submitted by FelixO

Link to original bug (#773045)

Description

I believe it is likely that some users (especially young children) will not realise that they can change the speed of the game. (This is due to general design decisions in Gnome but this is not the place to discuss that)

I suggest that the new start screen is updated to allow the setting of Speed in a similar manner to Number of players.

If the large text 'Number of Players' was removed this would give sufficient space for a third row of buttons for the setting of Speed.

Version: 3.22.x
