gnome-music was incorrectly setting 'command' in the module arguments.

Set branch and platform as 3.26 .

Also requires urllib3, idna, python-certifi and chardet.

Allow flatpaked app to use host cache media art. Would give a better
experience, since we don't allow goa on flatpak so it will never
download media art.

Some proxies, firewalls, or private networks apply filtering by
protocol, sometimes limiting the connections to http-only.

By cloning over https we save some of our contributors from
having to understand network internals just to be able to build
our code.

Since the migration to GitLab, the central git repository now
lives in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-music.git

flatpak-builder seems to fail for our redirection. So this fixes
the build.

https instead of git since many proxies seem to be blocking
protocols such as git.

Fixes #138

This way Music can scrobble to lastfm if a LastFM provider is set
in gnome-online-accounts.

Spotify no longer allows unauthenticated coverart access, making the
plugin useless and only print warnings.

When marking a song as favorite, update the static favorites playlist.

The songs query was as strict as the albums and artists queries when it
came to tags being provided.

Make it less strict, so users can see and search all of their indexed
songs, even without the proper tags.

Last.fm started to use https, making it fit to be a media art provider
again. Spotify started to require authentication for art retrieval,
lowering it relevance.

We really need grilo-plugins 0.3.4 for the tracker favorite addition,
but can't depend on it. So do the second best thing.

Set default icon instead of just window icon, so it gets picked up by
pulseaudio as application property. Fixes the incorrect icon showing in
gnome-control-center.

Adding TOUCH_MASK to events box fixes album scrolling on wayland. It is
now possible to start scrolling on album covers without entering the
selected album.
