Fix to build with flatpak

Vinayak Aggarwal requested to merge aggarwalvinayak/gnome-maps:wrong_librest_url into master

URL for librest in org.gnome.Maps.json was wrong and pointed to some git repo instead due to which it was not possible to build it. Now it points to the corerct tarball and is possible to build
