Wrong librest url

Vinayak Aggarwal requested to merge aggarwalvinayak/gnome-maps:Wrong_librest_url into master

URL in librest was pointing to some gitlab repo and not to the actuall tarball. Which led to build error and was not able to build it. URL has been replaced with the one that points to the correct tarball
