Add transit plugin for Toronto Transit Commission (TTC)

I could not find anything on TTC.ca from a cursory glance, but it seems there is this:

• https://myttc.ca/about

Glancing at https://open.toronto.ca/ there is https://open.toronto.ca/dataset/ttc-routes-and-schedules/ which kinda sounds like maybe you can get some sort of official API going on? Or maybe by asking opendata@ttc.ca
