Add UK bus routing

It would be nice to be able to navigate via public transport in the UK (or at least England). I'm not knowledgeable enough to know whether this is feasible/what challenges exist, but I know that the government publishes England bus times data, either with TransXChange, the UK standard that can just be downloaded, or with an account, GTFS/GTFS-rt
