Support for database POI format

When comparing different .map files, I noticed that each had slightly different name availabilities, where some buildings would have a name, other wouldn't, and vice versa.

Mapsforge's POI database files allow for flexible/performant POI displaying at each zoom level and area. I think they are generated from OpenStreetMap's data, so a different database POI format generated directly from OpenStreetMap's data is also welcomed. I think the current supported GPX and KML allow only for displaying of all POIs at once and as such have a different purpose.
