Make Maps adaptive for phone use
Hi, I'm experimenting here with PyGTK programming, and testing them in the Purism Librem5 Virtual Machine (VM) [0] , to get an idea of the sizes etc etc. All this because the upcoming release of my new librem 5 phone :-)
To have a proper Map/Geo application I started Gnome_maps in the VM and it looks like it is not yet fully usable because of the minimum size needed for the headerbar buttons etc etc I'm able to build Gnome-Maps (second try was succesfull: just clone in Gnome-Builder, and push 'run' button: thanks for this excellent packaging !!
But before putting time into this, I think there should probably some discussion on how this should be handled. Current UI examples all show desktop applications [1]
Would be nice if there could be one ('responsive') UI: usable on BIG and small screens :-)
