gnome-keyring doesn't expose any API to read or write client certificates other than PKCS#11, leaving Seahorse, gcr-viewer, and many third-party applications broken since 2018 by the regression in 0155663e.

Fixes #81 and seahorse#205.

Re-enable the gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so PKCS#11 module for everyone.
