Add a few more stations from SomaFM, tweaks to more closely match the DTD

Joe Smith requested to merge Yasumoto/gnome-internet-radio-locator:yasumoto-somafm into master

Add three SomaFM stations:

  1. Groove Salad
  2. DubStep Beyond
  3. The Trip

And update the links for DEF CON Radio.

I also (perhaps boldly) updated the .dtd since it didn't appear to match the actual tokens/formatting of the file. If I'm offbase, happy to remove those changes or update them/the config file!

I also snuck in a URL update to the mailing list, but also happy to move that into a separate PR if that's better.
