Description
The 'Additional Software Sources' screen code has a check which makes it run only if the gsettings schema key org.gnome.software.show-nonfree-software exists. However, that key was removed from GNOME Software itself in February:
so with any GNOME Software released since that commit (so, I think, 3.27.90 or later), the screen will never show.
