Gelocation on timezone page fails because the g-i-s user does not have it enabled
This is an upstream report of downstream https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2237530 . With the new installer flow in Fedora Rawhide, we're showing the timezone page of g-i-s on the 'create new user on first boot' flow, which we never did before (because we used to assume the Fedora installer had handled it). Geolocation does not work - it should guess a city via geolocation so you don't always have to enter it manually, but this just doesn't happen, even if you left geolocation enabled on the privacy page.
This is failing because the gnome-initial-setup user does not have geolocation enabled:
Failed to connect to GeoClue2 service: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied: Geolocation disabled for UID 974
at a guess, we should turn on geolocation for the g-i-s user immediately on leaving the Privacy page, if the slider is enabled there?
