WIP: Virtual Boy support
This MR adds a Virtual Boy platform, a plugin to handle the games, and bundles Mednafen VB core.
I've marked this as WIP, because Freedesktop runtime has old shared-mime-info (1.8, and the application/x-virtual-boy-rom was added in 1.9)
