Add WOFF to list of MIME types

GNOME Fonts appears to support .woff files, but it currently doesn't generate thumbnails or show up in the list of recommended applications for opening .woff files in Nautilus (see https://github.com/pop-os/pop/issues/1158).

This merge request adds font/woff to the MimeType list in both org.gnome.font-viewer.desktop.in.in and gnome-font-viewer.thumbnailer. See https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml#font for the MIME type specification.
