Appindicators are not shown when status-notifier-watcher module is enabled

I experience that applications which use libappindiator to show their systray icon are invisible as long as the status-notifier-watcher module is enabled. libappindiator checks the existence of the org.kde.StatusNotifierWatcher D-Bus interface, and tries to use it, but it seems that the status-notifier-watcher module is stub, so nothing is handled. When this interface is unavailable, libappindiator falls back to GtkStatusIcon, and the icons are visible properly.

Please either remove the status-notifier-watcher module, or complete the implementation to not break libappindicator-based applications.
