Add option to issue ATA Secure Erase Command where supported

Description
I frequently use ATA Secure Erase to "reset" USB flash drives. This can quickly bring them back up to full speed by allowing the flash controller to mark all pages as fresh (not every page write becomes a copy-modify-write). Sandisk Extreme USB drives all support this feature, but I have to use hdparm to execute this via the command line. It would be nice if the Disks utility exposed this as an option.
I have read that ATA Secure Erase shows up as a format option for internal SSDs. Perhaps there is a way of detecting whether a USB device supports the command and offering the option when supported. It would be a very nice feature.
