Allow opening full disk encryption in GNOME Disks

Description
Common Linux distributions (Debian and Ubuntu at least) propose full disk encryption when installing. The result by default is a LUKS partition with LVM inside and two logical volumes (one for swap, another one for /).
It it not currently possible to open such an encryption, for example to rescue data from a broken installation, from Disks because Disks doesn't support LVM. I understand from https://wiki.gnome.org/Design/Apps/Disks that this is deliberate choice.
My intention here is not to question to non-goals of the project ("Advanced / enterprise storage management" and "Every use-case under the sun"), but I think that the particular user scenario of "Opening my full disk encryption to rescue data from it" shouldn't considered as "Advanced usage / enterprise storage management".
More and more privacy concerned users use full disk encryption, I recommend it for everybody as I don't see any disadvantage to having it on your personal laptop for example, and even Windows 10 proposes full disk encryption nowadays :)
So yeah, it's probably tricky as it contradicts the "LVM / RAID" non-goal which is given as an example of "Advanced / enterprise storage management".
I just wanted to kindly raise the point.
