Case insensitive support for ext4 formating
I'm researching on this feature added in kernel 5.2. And I want to know why you do not turn on this feature by default? It seems to be a harmless feature because it has to be activated on each folder separately. And to enable it, you just need to specify a encoding when formatting disk. Did you have a specific reason for not doing this or was it just not motivated enough? If it is the latter can you implement it now? It has very low cost for implementation I think.
