Add keyboard shortcuts to sentence capitalization examples

It was unclear to me whether keyboard shortcut descriptions should use header or sentence capitalization, and several apps (Builder, Fractal) use both at once, showing that this is indeed not perfectly clear. On the IRC, @ebassi has confirmed that sentence capitalization should be used. I'm adding it to the list of examples to avoid further confusion.
