drop mounting ld.so.cache on non-glibc systems

Ishimoto Shinobu requested to merge protonesso/gnome-desktop:musl-fix into master

This file is only needed on glibc-based systems. Alternative implementations of standard C libraries do not need it and always ignored. Lock /etc/ld.co.cache to glibc-based system only.
