Unit tests fail in 3.38.1 if Hebrew locale is available
The installed-tests for the wall clock assert that U+003A COLON does not appear in the output, and that U+2236 RATIO does.
In 3.38.1, if the he_IL.utf8 locale is available, this test fails, because the he_IL localization translates U+2236 to U+200F RIGHT-TO-LEFT MARK, U+003A COLON, U+200E LEFT-TO-RIGHT MARK. Recent versions of the gnome-desktop3 package in Debian run the installed-tests via the autopkgtest framework, and ensure that all locales mentioned in the tests are available.
I think this might be fixed on master by 8166fd60 and on gnome-3-38 by 4db3e5d9, but I haven't verified that yet.
