Bug summary
Using GNOME in Dutch, when the clock in the top bar of GNOME shell displays a date, the month comes before the date. For example, it will display "mrt 12" for 12 March, even though the date number should come before the month name ("12 mrt"). Selecting or deselecting options like weekday and seconds do not change anything: the order is wrong for all combinations.
Steps to reproduce
What happened
It displays the date in an incorrect format for Dutch.
What did you expect to happen
Display the day number before the three-letter month abbreviation (e.g. "do 12 mrt 12:47").
