Clarify that disabling camera doesn't apply to built-in applications
The Camera switch in GNOME Settings changes the org.gnome.desktop.privacy.disable-camera
GSettings key, which is used by the xdg-desktop-portal-gtk to allow or forbid sandboxed apps from accessing camera devices.
If e.g. Cheese is not distributed as a Flatpak application, this setting doesn't really do anything.
