Reordering the search list is hidden and hard to use (drag and drop would be better)
One of the main functions of the search settings is to allow people to choose the order of the results. However, when I open the settings, this is what I see:
There's no hint that the settings can be reordered, because the ordering controls are below the fold at the bottom.
Once you discover that the rows can be reordered, the UI is dysfunctional: if you want to move a row that's at the top, you have to select the row you want to move, then scroll back down to the bottom, so that the target row is then out of view, and then blindly use the arrow buttons to move it.
The solution to these issues is to allow the list rows to be dragged (like the input sources list), and to add a label at the top which explains what reordering does. This is covered in the latest mockups.
