"Applications" doesn't open the first tab after exiting
Hi!
My apologies for the numb title. I couldn't find a way to better summarize my point.
Try this:
Open Settings -> Click the "Applications" tab -> check whatever application you want or whatever -> click on the < button on the headerbar to go back to the list of settings.
- Expected behaviour: the Wi-Fi item on the right list get selected and the Wi-Fi page in shown on the right half of the window.
- What happens: the Applications item is still selected and the content of the last viewed app is shown on the right half.
Why the "expected behaviour" is, indeed, the expected behaviour?
=> Details and Devices work like that. So it's a matter of visual consistency for the user.
This issue is somewhat close to this one #511 (closed) since both aim to make that "Applications" tab work like the other tabs.
Tested version of gnome-control-center: I got no clue since there isn't a "Info on Settings" item in the hambuger menu. But I can tell you that I use Fedora 3.32.2 with the latest current available updates.
