Super + key above Tab remap reverts to default behaviour on its own sometimes
Description: By default, Super + key above Tab switches between windows of the active application (even though "Switch windows of an application is actually marked as disabled by default). I use a German keyboard with the default German keyboard layout and the keyboard section in the settings refer to that key as "dead_circumflex". On the English (US) layout, it's "`". I prefer to remap Super + dead_circumflex to "Move to workspace above" and remap Super + Tab to "Move to workspace below". The former binding sometimes reverts to its default behaviour on the next login. The keyboard settings do not reflect this change and will still display it the way after I had remapped it. This is on Fedora Workstation 30 running Gnome 3.32.2.
Steps to reproduce: In the keyboard section of the settings: Map Super + dead_circumflex to "Move to workspace above" and map Super + Tab to "Move to workspace below". Log out and log in. Open any window. Press Super + Tab to move one workspace below Press Super + dead_circumflex to attempt moving one workspace up.
I did that 10 times [not quite, see edit]. 7 out of 10 times, the remapping worked fine, on the remaining 3 tries it reverted to its default behaviour. I was able to reproduce the same problem using the English (US) layout and mapping Super + ` to "Move to workspace above". Similarly, the issue doesn't happen consistently.
edit: I made a slight mistake writing this down. I did this once: Map Super + dead_circumflex to "Move to workspace above" and map Super + Tab to "Move to workspace below". Afterwards, I did this 10 times: Log out and log in. Open any window. Press Super + Tab to move one workspace below Press Super + dead_circumflex to attempt moving one workspace up.
