Wacom: Allow to map screen tablets to a different display
This is quite a corner case as in 99% of times, as a screen tablet (wacom input table + screen underneath) is expected to draw on the screen below, but there are special cases where this setup is desired:
- A multi monitor setup. Graphic designers are often used to using the table for general input as well as drawing and want to reach other displays as well.
- A faulty/outdated display.
If only case 2) was in play here, I'd go suggest a conf key/tweak tool setting, rather than exposing in the UI, but the case No. 1 makes it a worthy case to expose controls for this less common case.
