Can't fetch time from network when clock is too wrong
I have an Acer chromebook C720P which does not have a battery for the internal clock, it relies on the computer battery. So sometimes the battery is completely empty, and the clock does not retain its value. In this case, the clock is so wrong (like year 2150!) that the network does not work. So even if you set the gnome clock to fetch the time from the network, this does not work. So I have to go to manual, reset the clock, and then go back to automatic. It would really be helpful if the clock could fetch the network time even in those circumstances. I tested that with debian 9 (gnome 3.22).
