Add screenshots for display in software center

This should fix issue #588 (closed). All 3 screenshots meet the aspect ratio and minimum width requirements. I've included captions, and tried to select representative screens without local specifics on them.

As this involves linking to files hosted on Gitlab which will only exist after the commit is successful, it is hard to test, so I have reviewed especially carefully and advise an extra look before merging.
