Revert the g_signal_connect_object changes for PpPPDSelectionDialog

Robert Ancell requested to merge robert.ancell/gnome-control-center:printers-revert-ppd-dialog-connect-object into gnome-3-38

The dialog is not a GObject, so this didn't work. It was converted to a GObject in master in 26e8f115.
