Add Multitasking panel

Georges Basile Stavracas Neto requested to merge gbsneto/multitasking into master

The Multitasking panel brings some additional settings from Tweaks that are relevant to the general platform.

To Do

  • Use the correct icon
  • Investigate out which other settings should be incorporated, or dropped
  • Review wording of the "Workspaces" section
  • Move some settings to gsettings-desktop-schemas
