Split info panels

Robert Ancell requested to merge robert.ancell/gnome-control-center:split-info-panels into master

The "info" panel is currently three panels, one of which (removable media) isn't grouped together in the UI with the other two. This makes it harder to find the code for these panels and they don't gain anything being grouped together. Split them into three panels.
