wacom-stylus-action-dialog: Minor UI tweaks

  • Use AdwPreferencesPage, otherwise the dialog contents can't be scrolled
  • Don't wrap the rows inside a GtkListBox, as they are already child of an AdwPreferencesGroup
  • Add AdwDialog:content-width property, otherwise the dialog width will appear very small
