privacy, bolt: Set a shorter title to the direct access row

"Allow direct access to devices such as docks and external GPUs" it's a very long string for a row title. Use "Direct Access" instead and remove the title from the AdwPreferencesGroup that contains this row.

I used Workbench to demo this change, as the Thunderbolt page is unavailable for me.
