background: Display toast on background deletion

This MR addresses the issue of backgrounds being too easily deleted when a user accidentally presses the remove button in the Appearance panel. Previously, the picture would be permanently deleted without any confirmation or the option to undo. This MR introduces a toast which gives the user the option to undo the operation.
