sound: Simplify the .blp code

Automeris naranja requested to merge automerisnaranja/gnome-control-center:sound-panel-simplify into main

Port several rows to AdwActionRow. This simplifies the Sound panel .blp code, as it won't be necessary to set margins, use GtkBoxes or GtkLabels, etc. Also, with this change, the rows no longer have inconsistent sizes.
