apps: Turn dialogs into subpages

Automeris naranja requested to merge automerisnaranja/gnome-control-center:files-and-links-navigation-page into main

Turn the "Storage", "Required Permissions" and "File and Link Associations" into subpages. Doing so, the navigation in Settings will be more consistent.
