Draft: network: Port "Add VPN" and "Add Ethernet Connection" to AdwButtonRow

And remove list box placeholders, as button rows also act like a placeholder for list boxes.

And rename "Add Ethernet Connection" to "Add Wired Connection" as per latest mockups: Teams/Design/settings-mockups@6782eeb7
