mouse: Improve a11y
requested to merge automerisnaranja/gnome-control-center:mouse-panel-cc-split-row-mnemonics into main
I was going to include this MR in part 2 of !1934 (merged), but I decided to focus specifically in this panel.
- mouse: Add mnemonics to all widgets
- cc-split-row: Add use-underline property
