Fix Flatpak manifest

Ludovico de Nittis requested to merge denittis/gnome-control-center:flat_fix into master

This MR contains three fixes to let Flatpak compile again.

With the third commit I disabled the mobile-broadband-provider-info instead of adding it to the dependencies list but I'm not 100% sure if gnome-control-center also indirectly requires it or not.
